6. Payment terms

Clients agree to pay the fees as outlined in the project agreement or quote. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule, and all invoices should be paid in full within the specified timeframe. Am graphic design agency reserves the right to suspend work on any project for clients who fail to make timely payments.

7. Delivery and revisions

We strive to deliver high-quality designs within the agreed-upon timeline. The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Clients may request a refund or cancel a project in accordance with our refund and cancellation policy, which can be found on our website.

9. Warranty and liability

AM Graphic Design Agency warrants that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our designs. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided.
