Your notice must include the following information:

If we remove or disable access to the material, we will notify the client responsible for the material of the infringement claim and give them an opportunity to respond.
We will also notify the client of our obligations under Canadian intellectual property laws, including our obligations to preserve the client’s identifying information and to forward the notice of claim to the alleged infringer.
If we determine that the material is not infringing or if the client provides a counter-notice that the material has been wrongly accused of infringement, we may restore the material and notify the intellectual property owner that we have taken this action.
Repeat Infringers
AM Graphic Design Co. has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. If we receive multiple notices of alleged intellectual property infringement for a particular client or user of our services, we may terminate their access to our services and take any other appropriate action.
Protection of Personal Information
We will protect the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information collected in connection with a notice of alleged intellectual property infringement in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
